I know this man too. It really just means that HE knows HE isn't worth your time and energy unless he trolls you... which is the closest he'll ever get. So instead of working on himself and meeting--or exceeding--the bar of how woman with self-esteem want to be treated, he tries to pull you down to his level.

You're better off single than with that in the dating pool!
