I also let go of friendships where we were severely misaligned in values (starting at the end of 2016). Like you said, its okay to have a difference of opinion. But when one person is trying to save lives and be courteous and empathetic and the other doesn't care (or doesn't believe those lives have value), that's more than different opinions.

I am so happy you have friends (and a spouse) who "get it" and lead with their hearts. That's a beautiful thing!
